Below you will find instructions on how to Register for Eurostar Soccer Camp.

Online Registration (2010)

• Fill the form online and then
• Attach cheque payment and mail to address indicated on the confirmation page.
• Confirmation of enrolment and camp guide is sent once payment has been received.

Registration Form (2010) Residential

• Print and Fill out
• Attach cheque payment and mail
• Confirmation of enrolment is sent once payment has been received.

Registration Form (2010) Day

• Attach cheque payment and mail
• Confirmation of enrolment is sent once payment has been received.

Please Note: International Students (Non Canadian or US citizens) will be contacted for payment by wire, no need to mail.
